The service data (database, authentication, server functions)
are hosted in the same Scaleway PAR1 datacenter in Paris, on servers
operated by EvidencAI.
The hosting provider has no right to dispose of the hosted content and has no access to the
data stored by EvidencAI on these infrastructures.

5. Intellectual property
All the elements making up the Mycelora website and application, namely
in particular the trademark, logos, graphic charters, texts,
illustrations, databases, source code, interfaces and
content made available by EvidencAI, are protected by the provisions of
Articles L. 111-1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code (Code de la propriété intellectuelle) as well as
by the rules applicable to software (Articles L. 122-6 et seq.) and
to databases (Articles L. 341-1 et seq.).
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission or
distortion, in whole or in part, of the elements of the website and the application
is, save for legal exceptions, prohibited without the prior written authorisation
of EvidencAI.
The content provided by the user and the memories derived from it
in the course of using Mycelora remain the full and exclusive property of
the user. EvidencAI claims no rights over the memory of its
users.
6. Reporting mechanism
In accordance with Article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of 19 October 2022
on a Single Market for Digital Services (Digital Services Act), EvidencAI provides a contact point
dedicated to reporting any manifestly unlawful content or any
malfunction likely to infringe the rights of third parties.

Any report received is examined without delay. Where the unlawfulness
of the reported content is manifest, EvidencAI takes the appropriate measures to
make access to the content impossible. EvidencAI has no general obligation
to monitor content, in accordance with Article 8 of the aforementioned
Regulation.
7. Credits and design
Design, development and operation: EvidencAI.
Mycelora relies on the following components:
- Language models used as a processor: Scaleway inference platform (Generative APIs, PAR1 datacenter, Paris, France) on an exclusive basis.
- Database, authentication and server functions: Supabase open-source software, operated by EvidencAI on the Scaleway infrastructure (Paris).
- Delivery of transactional emails: Scaleway Transactional Email (France).
- Stripe payment platform (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. and Stripe, Inc.) for the management of payments and invoicing.
8. Mediation and governing law
This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a
dispute, the French courts shall have jurisdiction, subject to the applicable
mandatory public policy rules.
Mycelora is intended for both professionals and private individuals.
In accordance with Articles L. 611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation),
a user acting as a consumer may, free of charge, have recourse to
a consumer mediator with a view to the amicable resolution of any dispute
between them and EvidencAI.

In accordance with Articles L. 611-1 and R. 612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer
Code (Code de la consommation), where the consumer has sent a written complaint to
EvidencAI (contact@evidencai.com or by post to the registered office) and has
not obtained satisfaction or a response within two months, they may
submit their complaint free of charge to the consumer mediator. The
matter must be referred to the mediator within a maximum of one year from the
initial complaint. Referral is made directly online atwww.mcpmediation.org or by post to the above address.
In all cases, EvidencAI favours seeking an amicable solution
prior to any litigation.
