- Open-weight AI models, operated by Scaleway in France for all of Mycelora's internal processing (sorting, summaries, search). No data is sent to OpenAI, Anthropic or Google for this processing.
- Encryption in transit, access tokens kept in an encrypted vault, never displayed or stored in plain text.
- No model training on your memory, no reselling, no advertising.
- No human reading of your content without your consent, except when security requires it, and in that case it is logged.

Does Mycelora work with ChatGPT?
Yes, with the paid ChatGPT plans that let you add a connector. Mycelora also works with Claude, Perplexity, Mistral, and any app that accepts a remote MCP connector.
What is an MCP connector?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets an AI use external tools. In practice, you add the Mycelora connector address in your app, you sign in to your account, and that's it.
Where is my data stored?
In Paris, on the servers of Scaleway, a French provider that is ISO 27001 and HDS (French health data hosting) certified. Mycelora's internal processing uses open-weight models operated by Scaleway, with nothing sent to OpenAI, Anthropic or Google.
Is my data used to train models?
No. Not by us, and not by our providers. No reselling, no advertising.
Do I need the Claude plugin?
The connector is enough to consult your memory from any AI. On Claude, the plugin makes it automatic: useful memories arrive on every message, contradictions are flagged, the handover passes from one conversation to the next. The plugin installs for free, its automations are included in Pro and Max.
Can I change plans?
Yes, at any time from your dashboard. If you move to a lower plan, nothing is deleted: your memory stays readable and exportable.
Can I get my memory back or delete it?
Yes. You export it in open formats whenever you want, and deleting your account erases everything.
